With capacity management for your organisation, PrYme will map the workload required to complete your project. By comparing this workload to the formulated planning, we will create a task-specific estimation of the desired number of FTE.
Project structure
PrYme Professionals uses work- or product-breakdown-structures (WBS and PBS). These products yield the links between the hours of different team members and the matching tasks or products. This provides insight in possible needs for extra capacity concerning these activities. By anticipating this need, a request for extra capacity can be submitted in time.
